All rhinestone orders are processed within 3-4 weeks, not including weekends or holidays, after receiving your confirmation e-mail.

Shipping times will begin once your item(s) have shipped, not when ordered. We make every effort to fulfill every order as quickly as possible.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen item(s) once your order is picked up by the shipping carrier. Please make sure e-mail and shipping addresses are correct before checking out. If item(s) are lost or stolen, please file a claim immediately with the shipping carrier.

If your order gets returned to us due to insufficient address or incorrect address on your order, you will need to pay shipping again in order for us to ship back to you.
